An examination of selected texts produced in Latin America during the 20th century. Themes and texts may vary, sometimes focusing on modernismo, posmodernismo (vanguard literature), poetry, prose, theatre, or film, or a combination of writers and time periods.

Prerequisites: SPAN 2110 , or by petitioning the instructor.
