MGMT 4040 - Managing Cultural Differences

MGMT 4040 will focus on identifying problems and opportunities related to motivating people, structuring projects, and developing strategy in modern organizations as they build connections with people of diverse cultural backgrounds both within the organization and from around the world. Students will develop insights as how to address both the positive and negative issues associated with cultural differences.
