ADMN 2061 - Trial Preparation and Practice 6th Term

Trial Preparation and Practice involves the study and practice of trial practice and procedure. Topics include preparations and delivery of opening and closing statements, direct and cross examination of witnesses, use of evidence and objections and preparing witnesses. The course prepares the student for intercollegiate mock trial competitions, but credit is not limited to only those chosen to compete. Active Participation in Mock Trial is required for class credit.
